CityPoint is located eleven miles from Boston, adjacent to the Winter Street/Totten Pond Road interchange of Route 128 and a short distance from both Route 2 and the Massachusetts Turnpike, with prominent frontage on Route 128.
Situated on an almost one mile stretch of Route 128, the district currently includes three Class A office buildings at 10 CityPoint, 77 CityPoint and 230 CityPoint, as well as additional development sites. 77 CityPoint, Waltham’s first LEED Gold Certified office building, is a 200,000 square foot, six-story, multi-tenant building that features a café with outdoor seating, fitness center, conference center, and 716 total parking spaces, 688 of which are located in a structured garage. 230 CityPoint is a six-story, multi-tenant building that features a full height central glass atrium, cafe, fitness center, conference center, and 893 structured and surface parking spaces. Development of 10 CityPoint, a 241,000 square foot office and retail property, was completed in 2016 at the northern end of the district. 1265 Main Street, a future 120,000 square foot office property is currently under construction at the southern end of the district. Restaurants at 99 Third Avenue include Bonefish Grill and Osteria Posto.
