Formation of Boston Properties: Mortimer B. Zuckerman and Edward H. Linde

Selected by the Cambridge Redevelopment Authority to Develop Cambridge Center
This 3 million square foot development, adjacent to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology ("MIT"), is largely credited with revitalizing the Kendall Square/East Cambridge industrial district into a first-class, mixed-use neighborhood/district.
