Our deep and talented team of thirty-two individuals average twenty-five years of real estate experience and fifteen years with Boston Properties. Boston Properties benefits from the reputation and relationships of key personnel, including Mortimer B. Zuckerman, Chairman of our Board of Directors, Edward H. Linde, our Chief Executive Officer and Douglas T. Linde, our President and Chief Financial Officer. Each has a national reputation, which attracts business and investment opportunities. In addition, our two Executive Vice Presidents and other senior officers that serve as Regional Managers have strong reputations that aid us in identifying and closing on new opportunities, having opportunities brought to us, and negotiating with tenants and build-to-suit prospects.
