Salary Continuation
In the event you are unable to work for an extended period due to illness or injury, you will be eligible to receive salary continuation equal to 100% of your base salary for up to 4 weeks, and an additional 8 weeks at 65% of your base salary.

Long Term Disability
Provides disability payments should you become disabled for a period of more than 3 months. You will be eligible to receive long term disability benefits equal to 60% of your base salary, up to a maximum benefit of $10,000 per month.

You automatically receive Basic Life Insurance coverage equal to 1.5 times your base annual salary (rounded to the next $1,000), up to $200,000.

You may elect Supplemental Life Insurance coverage in $10,000 increments, up to $500.000.
You pay the full cost of this coverage.
Business Travel Accident Insurance
You automatically receive business travel accident insurance coverage equal to 5 times your base annual salary, up to a maximum benefit of $3,000,000.
