Retirement Savings Plan

You may contribute 1% to 25% of eligible earnings on a pre-tax basis to the 401k Retirement Savings Plan. The Company makes matching contributions equal to 200% of the first 3% of eligible earnings you contribute to the Plan. The Company contributions are fully vested at time of contribution. Unless you elect otherwise, you will be automatically enrolled in the plan 30 days after your date of hire, at a 3% contribution level.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan

You may elect to buy Company stock at a 15% discount.
