Retirement Savings Plan
You may contribute 1% to 25% of eligible earnings on a pre-tax basis to the 401k Retirement Savings Plan. The Company makes matching contributions equal to 200% of the first 3% of eligible earnings you contribute to the Plan. The Company contributions are fully vested at time of contribution.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
You may elect to buy Company stock at a 15% discount.
