Flexible Work Arrangements
You may apply for a Flex-Time or Part-Time work schedule if you are a regular full-time employee. All applications are reviewed, implemented and maintained at the discretion of management.
Commuter Benefits
You may pay for your monthly public transportation and parking expenses using pre-tax payroll deductions. The Company provides a $100 monthly public transportation subsidy.
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential and professional counseling program for you and your family members.
Legal Referral Services
Provides free legal consultation, up to 30 minutes in length.
Tuition Reimbursement
To encourage career and professional development, Boston Properties provides tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per calendar year for work related courses.
Scholarship Program
Provides annual awards of up to $8,000 to children of employees to help fund post-secondary education expenses.
