Boston Properties is currently managed by a ten member Board of Directors. The Board members meet qualification on the basis of their experience, superior credentials and reputation for high ethical and moral standards. The members of our Board serve for three-year terms and at each annual meeting of stockholders, directors are re-elected or elected for a full term of three years to succeed those directors whose terms are expiring. We believe that the Board of Directors, along with our executive officers and senior management team, are committed to the financial success of Boston Properties and the best interest of its stockholders.
