William M. Daley
Mr. William M. Daley has been a director since May 7, 2003. Mr. Daley is Chairman of the Midwest Region for JPMorgan Chase & Co. Prior to his appointment in May 2004 to this position, Mr. Daley served as President of SBC Communications, Inc. since December 2001. Prior to his appointment with SBC Communications, Inc., Mr. Daley served as Vice Chairman of Evercore Capital Partners L.P., a private equity investment firm. He also served as United States Secretary of Commerce from January 1997 to July 2000 and as Chairman of the 2000 presidential election campaign of Vice President Al Gore. Mr. Daley serves as a director of Abbott Laboratories, The Art Institute of Chicago and Loyola University and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He received a BA from Loyola University and an LLB from John Marshall Law School.
